At PLYR, we want to ensure that your online shopping experience is as enjoyable and hassle free as possible. We are human, and errors do happen. We stand by our products and guarantee the quality. In the event that you receive a wrong size or damaged item, please contact us below within 5 business days of receiving the product. We will replace any defect products to you at no cost.
To receive a full refund; items must meet the following criteria:
We must be notified within 14 days of you receiving the product
Product must be returned and in new and unused condition
If you are looking to return a product, please send us an email below and include your order or invoice number, the item you are returning, and the reason for the return. We will contact you within 48 hours with steps to proceed. Once PLYR has received the returned items, we will send a new item at no charge. Please allow 4-5 business days to process your returns.
Please note, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges not related to damaged goods or incorrect orders (If you provide a receipt for the cost of the return shipping, we will provide you with a discount to our website equal to the shipping amount).
As we are located in Canada, all orders that leave the country are considered International Post. All customers ordering from outside of Canada are responsible for any additional taxes and duty fees that are incurred going through customs.
Canadian (domestic) orders will be charged a flat $10 shipping fee
Canadian orders over $100 receive FREE SHIPPING
An express shipping option is available at $10 regardless of order total.
International orders will be charged a flat $20 shipping fee.
International orders over $100 will receive a $10 shipping fee.
*International duties and fee’s still apply to US orders.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post and are generally delivered within 2-5 working days.
